The product is made by C9 fraction ,a by-product of ethylene,through thermo-polymerization. It is appearance is dark brown flake solid. It has the properties of good solubility ,mutual solubility, water resistance, insulation adn very god chemical stability over acid and alkali, and good adhesive strength and lower heat conduction, etc. as well.
C9 petroleum resin is a kind of thermoplastic resin produced by pretreatment, polymerization, distillation and other processes of C9 fraction produced by petroleum cracking.

For it’s heat resistance, high pressure, anti-age properties, the Resin DH1045 could be added into the mixing process directly. Mainly for the product of bladders, medical Butyl rubber product, sealing product or hosed, etc.

Scorch retarder for synthetic rubber and natural rubber. It can be used in combination with all sulfenamide or thiazole accelerators to control the safety of operation and prevent early vulcanization without affecting the vulcanization characteristics and performance of the vulcanizate. This product can significantly improve the storage stability of unvulcanized rubber and greatly reduce the amount of waste rubber. The dosage is 0.1-0.3 parts. This product does not pollute.
